Hello, and thank you for taking time to make a commitment to a healthier lifestyle! My name is Nigel and I am a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Functional Training and Corrective Exercise are areas I’ve also been trained in. Athletics, fitness, along with an overall healthy lifestyle has always been a passion of mine. This has helped drive the love I have for helping others not only to achieve their fitness goals but to leave them with a sense of wanting to maintain that lifestyle long after training with me.

I specialize in weight loss/gain, toning, athletic performance, corrective exercise and nutrition consulting. During my sessions you can expect to work efficiently while also learning and growing to understand how to work your body in the proper way.

I recognize that no two bodies are alike and I will work with you specifically based on YOUR body type and YOUR fitness level/ experience to ensure you reach your goals at the necessary and sustainable pace. I have experience with a wide variety of clientele aging from 16 to 78.

One thing I can say is that Nigel is very trusting and understanding as a trainer. I feel very comfortable with him.
